Bring ear plugs! Walls are thin and a lot of late night activity upstairs and trucks passing by. Hopjacks next door is a big plus as is the Afgan restaurant across the street.

As far as the room and the location goes, I like it. And the woman who checked me in remembered me from the last time I was there and was very nice. It's my 4th time staying there and unfortunately the comfort wasn't as good this time due to the people in the room above me that moved furniture around ALL night and allowed their young kids to run back and forth on the balcony above. It was just a bit annoying. Maybe next time will be better.
