The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all dirty linens and towels in wash including all bedding. Add detergent to washing machine and wash on sanitary cycle(2hrs). Put linens in dryer before leaving and start dry cycle.
Dishwasher loaded, pod, and start.
Remove all open food from refrigerator, freezer, and cupboards. Discard and take out trash from bathroom and kitchen. Water all indoor and outdoor plants before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
