Pepper Tree check-in staff were very pleasant and the desk was staffed even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was extremely clean and had basic amenities with a fairly large fridge. Only one thing was wrong--the sink's water spigot required brute strength to pull out to turn on the water. The location of this motel is very good--quite close to Highway 217. There was plenty of parking too.

Decent place, dated but okay for a short budget stay. I am giving low ratings because the listing says that there is a pool and there is breakfast. Neither is there a pool nor is there breakfast.
