ATROCIOUS - do not stay here This was without question the worst motel experience we have ever had. We booked for two nights but couldn’t even bring ourselves to stay the first night. We ended up sleeping elsewhere and only came back the next day to collect our things The first and most shocking thing we found was a knife/switchblade under one of the beds. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they didn’t appear shocked in the slightest. Along with that, there was a stack of cardboard boxes and other garbage under both beds, including socks, bottles, and even old french fries. Also a rubber duck. The state of cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. I wish we could upload pictures with this review. The bathroom was no better. There were short dark hairs left on the counter, and when we pointed this out, the front desk lady yelled at the cleaning lady to come in and take care of it. She came with a bottle of Lysol spray and wiped the hairs away, then started cleaning the inside of the toilet (which we hadn’t complained about — probably for the best that we didn’t see why she felt the need to do that). The bathroom door was covered in patched-up holes and damages, the counter had burn marks, the bathtub was rusty, and the shower head looked concerning. Even the pillowcases were stained, and when we showed staff, they told us, “those are just stains, they don’t come out.” Although they did bring us a new pillow case. They charge for parking and did not advertise that. The carpets were extremely stained and gross. The tub was full of rust and clogged. The phone didn’t work. The cable tv didn’t work. Extremely skitchy neighborhood. Loud neighbors all night partying. Do not recommend!!!

Not sure why there are 10/10 reviews. It’s gross inside and out. Makeup on the pillow cases, so clearly not cleaned at all. Air conditioner did not work.

I picked this hotel as it was a very low price and close to Moda Center. I was surprised how many good reviews it had on Expedia for a low price. However it was rather misleading. The location was ideal for me being close to the event I was attending and easy to walk to food places. However the hotel itself is in very poor condition. The lights weren't very bright making it hard to see around the bedroom area. The bathroom lights kept flickering. The bathroom itself wasn't clean. The wifi was very unreliable, kept disconnecting. The tv would only show 1 channel.

Disappointing Experience Due to Rude Staff

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The owner's wife, who was working the front desk, was extremely rude to me for no reason. She informed me that I couldn't make any messes in the room when i leave and insisted that I had to clean my own room and make my bed, or I would be charged extra? But the worst was when she rang my room upon checkout time the next morning to “remind me” of the 11am checkout time and when I tried to explain to her that I was extending my stay an additional night she proceeded to get loud with me and repeat the same checkout time… so after I was doing my stay through here existing reservation I proceeded to go down and update the key card and the front desk person(who at the time was the wife) tried to gaslight me into thinking that I was unable to extend my stay online and that I would have to pay extra in person right there but luckily I came with receipts and didn’t get double charged… Thank God. This level of service was not only unprofessional and rude, but was unexpected as I have stayed here and interacted with the husband who was generally an unexpected as I have stayed here and interacted with the husband (who was generally a polite and respectful) it just left a negative impression on my visit.

My son and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and Although the staff were nice, the property is very run down. No microwave in room, a bit noisy from parking lot, room had stained carpet and holes in sheets. Not a very good part of town either. Guess you get what you pay for. Two stars
