The only thing- the beds were a little bit sloppily made but not so much I would complain about. Want to mention there's definitely pluses to visiting off season! Much quieter than some past visits. The attendant at check in was super nice. I definitely appeciated the early check in and got to spin the wheel which is fun.

We were given a room next to the elevator which was very noisy. Upon calling to complain we were moved to an upper floor but room had no hot water. Front desk mentioned that the hotel was built in 1047 and the pipes don’t work properly.

Staff was so friendly and had great dining recommendations. Room was super clean. Hotel was quiet and located in a perfect spot around the corner from the comedy show we went to see. Everything was so nice and good luck to the ginger bread house decoration competitors! We hope our choice wins!

This is our favorite spot to stay when we go to State Theater. The harbor view room on the 14th floor was gorgeous. The bed is very comfortable and I love the shower with aromatherapy shampoo. The staff is very friendly and I always look forward to the breakfast.
