This was a Tru by Hilton hotel but the room had no coffee maker or microwave or safe. I was supposed to get room service after 3 days. The envelope for the room keys said 2 days. I finally got room service after 4 days. I called to ask for washcloths but there was only one person on duty so I had to go get them myself. Breakfast could have included yogurt and more fruit. Otherwise it was a nice place in a safe location

The hotel was clean and well decorated, the staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was pretty good for a complimentary hotel breakfast. My room was rather small, but that actually suited me perfectly since I wasn't spending much time there. The only downside is that there aren't very many businesses (restaurants, stores, activities) easily walkable from the hotel, so it's not a good location if you don't have a car, but that wouldn't be a problem if you know about it in advance.

The staff was amazing, and beyond kind to my daughter, traveling with a toddler is overwhelming sometime but they were so kind to her and made her feel welcomed as well. The rooms were clean. And if you’re like me and love black rock there’s one right next door. But was not needed as the breakfast option were super good, and there was something for everyone. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in Oregon.
