Like the cool format of Tru- employees so so.

I always like the Tru hotels and this one had the features I like but staff was eh, not motivated to help. It felt like they were acting like a budget hotel with all the restriction like the key to get the elevator going, keys to get in the hotel even during the day and the parking ticket situation was ridiculous ( mine didn’t work after being validated and when you push the bottom for assistance it’s someone at a parking company off site. I had to back out go back in and get another ticket and was late for a meeting).

Basic but very functional. I like a smaller room when I'm travelling alone. Assortment of snacks and drinks to buy from the fridge were minimal but OK. Shuttle service to and from airport was excellent; I'll be back for this. Only real objection: Advertisements are everywhere you look--in the room, everywhere. I get tired of it. Slow down on the publicity, folks. Stop selling every minute. Just offer a good service.

Staff was friendly. Parking was terrible, even though we paid for the overnight parking, we didn’t validate our parking permit, the parking attendant was extremely rude and zero class as well as manners.
