Kaksikerroksinen vierastalo lähellä. Itä-näkymä. Täysi ja puoli kylpy. Pesukone kuivausrumpu. Nopea wifi ja kaapeli-TV DVR: llä. Itään päin oleva parveke. Astianpesukone. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Hiljainen lämpöpumppu. Kaupat ja ravintolat (maailmanluokan) kävelyetäisyydellä. Suuri kansi vieraiden käyttöön. Helppo pääsy keskustaan linja-autolla tai autolla. Pieni täydellinen keittiö. American Standard -taitettava sohva muuttuu korkealaatuiseksi queen-vuodeksi ja samassa Master BDRM -mallissa on queen-vuode ja täysi kylpyamme. Kansi on grilli kesäkuukausina.

Absolutely fabulous! We would definitely stay here again. This is a beautiful guesthouse tucked away behind the main house. Very private and quiet. The grounds are lush; almost felt like we were in an enchanted forest. The home was clean and comfortable, and very roomy, yet cozy. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, better than any other we have stayed in. Great communication with the host, very friendly. The neighborhood was stunningly beautiful as everything was in bloom. It was a pleasure to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. There were so many to choose from! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Beautiful, comfortable property

Overall, very pleased with accuracy of listing, comfort and amenities in property. Wi-Fi was great even with two teens, multiple TVs and devices going at once. 99% of the property was spotless, but the shower had a lot of mildew buildup and looked like the cleaning crew forgot to clean it. Given the state of the rest of the property, I think it was just an oversight, but I did end up cleaning it before we used it. Communication took a couple tries initially, but then was great.

Cozy Portland get a way

Perfect for a visit with family in Gresham

The property was as represented - clean, fresh, newish and private. Its a separate 2 story building tucked behind a neighborhood house in a quiet area. We hope to stay again next time we're in Portland.

Nice place to stay in Portland.

This is a very nice, new and clean property. There is a patio for family style get together and a balcony off the second floor bedroom. I recommend this rental to anyone visiting Portland.

Cozy Cottage

I stayed here with my two kids 5 and 4 for 5 nights. The cottage is a new construction with modern appliances and tastefully furnished. Our needs were met by the cottage. Jay and his wife were nice and friendly host. We will definitely come here when we are in Portland.
