O quarto é bastante confortável, o staff simpático. O cookie de boas vindas é delicioso. Mas, houve tentativa de cobrança a maior daquilo que constava na reserva. A entrada é caótica, junto com o shopping, tivemos dificuldade de entrar no elevador. As amenities do banheiro estavam vazias.

Location, Location, Location! This hotel scores top marks for its unbeatable location, putting you right in the heart of the action with easy access to everything you'd want to see and do. Modern and well-maintained facilities ensure a comfortable stay, reflecting thoughtful design. Service with a Smile (Mostly): The staff are undeniably friendly and welcoming, a real asset to the hotel. However, I did encounter a few moments where detailed information felt a bit hazy, leaving me wishing for more confident and clear communication. Breakfast: Good, Not Great: The breakfast spread is certainly adequate, featuring fresh ingredients and a decent variety. But, it lacked that "wow" factor. Verdict: A solid choice overall. The prime location and quality amenities make this a worthwhile stay. With just a few tweaks to service clarity and breakfast offerings, this hotel could easily go from good to exceptional.

Great beds and rooms. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Super convenient to grocery stores and the marathon (which is why we stayed there) and handy for buses downtown. Pool was outstanding with ocean view. Good value!

The Loacation is Amazing!

The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

Muito bom, mas precisa melhorar o café da manhã

Quarto e hotel excelentes, não gostamos do café da manhã. Ovos mexidos ruins (gosto ruim), pelo no queijo e em um prato. Não tinha iogurte natural (tinha acabado), não tinha café espresso, somente filtrado (mesmo da máquina), pão meio duro… olha, fazia tempo que eu não ia num café da manhã tão sem graça. Há um ano atrás vim aqui e não era ruim. Mas eu voltaria porque o hotel é bom, tem uma vista linda e um lugar legal pra passear na frente com as crianças.

Bom hotel com vista deslumbrante do rio Guaíba

Um bom hotel com algums quartos que possuem deslumbrante vista para o Rio Guaíba. Janelas não abrem, sistema de ar central automático e barulhento. Mesmo desligando ele religa, incomodando o sono. Cabine do vaso sanitário pequena e claustrofófica, sem ventilação. Banheiro sem privacidade, um vidro interliga com o quarto e não tem persiana. Sugiro seja colocada persiana. Piscina e sala de ginástica ótima. Café da manhã bom, dadinhos de tapioca excelentes e macios. Ovos mexidos saborosos. Cama e chuveiro ótimos. Corredores bem escuros, só acendem ao passar (sensores). Estar dentro do Shopping Pontal é um diferencial. Estacionamento caro: 90 reais a diária.
