Checkin extremamente demorado. Mais de meia hora pra ser atendido na recepção. O atendimento foi bom, mas o quarto estava sujo, com fio dental no chão. Horrível. Ar condicionado sujo, janela suja, travesseiros empoeirados! Horrível! Não recomendo o hotel nunca!

Muito caro para o que oferece

Eu achei que o hotel é muito precário pelo valor que cobram. Por 400 reais a noite o mínimo que espero é um café da manhã maravilhoso e muito variado, um quarto extremamente limpo e estrutura geral do hotel e atendimento impecáveis. O café da manhã é bem meia-boca, com baixa qualidade nos alimentos e os detalhes do quarto (ex. janela do banheiro) são nojentos de imundos. o secador de cabelo do banheiro é de 1900 e não tem potencia nenhuma. Além disso pedi 2 chás e me cobraram por eles, sendo que veio meia xícara (de café) de água fervendo e um saquinho. Novamente, por 400 reais a diária no mínimo tinha que ter chá disponível no quarto, assim como café e uma chaleira elétrica. O rapaz que fica cuidando da parte de alimentação a noite é até bonzinho, mas pelo amor de Deus, muito lento e não é capaz de entender o que falamos com ele por mais simples que seja, não absorve nenhuma informação. Além disso, no primeiro dia simplesmente não arrumaram meu quarto. Estava com a minha bebê que vazou xixi a noite no berço, passei o dia fora e cheguei apenas a noite para colocá-la direto no berço para dormir e, para a minha surpresa, não tinham entrado no meu quarto. A roupa de cama do berço molhada ainda estava no chão, não havia sido recolhida e muito menos colocado uma nova. Ou seja, eu não tinha berço pronto para colocá-la.
