Villino
Paradiso is a detached vacation home, located on the ground floor of a
semi-detached house. The house is introduced by a large paved courtyard,
furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The entrance to the house is into a living room furnished with table and chairs for dining, 1 single sofa bed
and the TV. From here one goes to the well-equipped kitchen, from which
there is access to the back yard, where there is a fireplace for a
barbecue and a practical outdoor shower.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms , 1 double and 1 twin with bunk beds and light well. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

vacation home Villino Paradiso is located in Porto Cesareo, in the town
center. The area is that of the Strea Peninsula, and the sea is really
within walking distance.
There are bars, restaurants and market
in the immediate vicinity. With a short walk, also beach beach, you can
get to the center of Porto Cesareo, a lively and dynamic town, where
there are all the services and numerous clubs for all needs. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
