Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our private house is just a few meters from the iconic Rua de Santa Catarina, a central and historic street in Porto known for sightseeing and shopping, and the metro stations "Marquês" and "Faria de Guimarães".

Our charming Duplex strikes the perfect balance, providing proximity to the vibrant city center while offering a haven of tranquility for unwinding after a day of exploration.



THR SPACE



Enjoy exclusive access to our entire 132 square meter house, which is fully air conditioned and heated throughout. It has two bedrooms (on separate floors), two full bathrooms, inviting outdoor terraces and lounge areas throughout. Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding indoors, our tastefully decorated house offers the perfect blend of privacy and comfort for up to six guests.





BEDROOMS



There are 2 bedrooms equipped with Air Conditioning and Heating for maximum comfort. Each bedroom has high-quality mattresses, premium pillows, comfortable bed linen and blackout curtains aimed at ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and has one King Bed (190 cm x 200 cm) and the second bedroom is on the second floor and has one Queen Bed (150 cm x 200 cm). A sofa bed and separate foldable bed (80 cm x 200 cm) are available to accommodate additional guests.





WC/BATHROOMS



2 bathrooms are each equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. The ground floor bathroom has a bidet. Towels and certain other toiletries are provided for your convenience.





LIVING AREA



Bright and inviting living space with a large, comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, chair and a 55” smart TV with Google Chromecast and standard cable channels.





DINING ROOM



A welcoming dining room awaits you with a delightful dining table seating four.





KITCHEN



A fully equipped eat-in kitchen has many appliances for preparing delicious meals such as: a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and more. You can enjoy dining in the snug comfort of the kitchen or opt for an alfresco experience on the kitchen terrace, complete with a quaint bistro table for two.
