Apartment was very nice, good location, comfy bed, was allowed to stay extra hour for late check out which was very nice. Only minus was that shower got cold quickly, which wasnt very good when 3 people stayed in a apartment and only 1 could have shower.Other than that we enjoyed out stay!

The studio is very spacious and the price was excellent value. There’s no reception on-site, so all communication is handled through WhatsApp, but the staff were responsive and helpful. I requested laundry detergent late at night, and it was delivered the following day. The location is slightly uphill from central Porto, but still within a reasonable walking distance. The property was overall spotless, although I did notice a couple of small insects in the bathroom (likely from the bathroom vent or drain). Aside from that, everything was clean and well maintained. The area also feels safe, even until late at night. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Nice apartment

The apartment is nice. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Only thing I would change is to provide more toiletries; ie toilet paper, soap etc we bought toilet paper. And had to ask for SOPa which they brought to us. Also maybe some instructions about using the stove/oven. I had no idea how to use it but it was in a good location and they communicated well with us. Property looks new and well maintained.

Online check in process was very frustrating and time consuming. Once we eventually got in the apartment was reasonable. It was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was fairly comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with a nespresso machine. The couch was badly stained and very uncomfortable. By putting throw cushions on the seats and arm rests it was tolerable. There are no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom so we were unable to hang up towels to dry. Location is good, close to metro and restaurants.

Difficult check in - hard to find entrance

No reception, and when we arrived at the destination (was kinda hard to find). We found out that they had sent a text via whatsapp for city tax. And would not let us in before we paid the taxes. The text was actually sent to a friend of mine, so we had some troubles getting it. The lady on the phone was not polite. We were standing outside in the darkness, and was told to pay before we got the code to the building. Luckily some guests came and opened the door, so we didn't have to stand out there in the darkness, with phones, baggage and wallets. Not happy. Once the form was fixed and paid, we got the code to the building. After that it was almost ok. The door to the room had a difficult luck and we needed to turn it around like 3 and a half time to lock and unlock.. Took some learning. The apartment was lovely. We had booked for 9 nights. Only slept there for 2 nights, went to Madeira, since it was raining the whole week in Porto.
