This mezzanine studio makes the most of its vertical space, offering a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed below for up to four guests in total comfort. Natural light fills the open-plan living area, where you'll find a cozy lounge, a sleek TV setup, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spotless and modern, with all essentials ready for your stay. Air conditioning keeps the space fresh even in the summer heat. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this charming hideaway is your perfect home base.

All house space and amenities are included in this booking. Feel completely at home.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the peaceful Álvaro Castelões area, the studio offers the best of both worlds: a quiet street with local cafés and bakeries, and fast access to Porto’s buzzing centre. From here, you’re just minutes away from landmarks like the iconic Casa da M úsica and the Boavista district with its shops, restaurants, and business hubs. The area is safe, well-connected, and perfect for both work trips and leisure stays.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
