Vanha huoneisto oli täysin sisustettu, jotta saat täydellisen mukavuuden.
Sen lisäksi, että se on kaupungin sydämessä, se sijaitsee viehättävällä ja kauniilla kadulla, lähellä keskusta-metroasemaa: "Trindade".
Kaikki tärkeimmät nähtävyydet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, kaikki on sormellasi. Lähistöllä löydät kaupungin mielenkiintoisimmat nähtävyydet ja parhaat paikat mennä illalliseen tai jopa juoda ja tanssia.
Se on täysin varustettu pyyhkeillä, liinavaatteet mukana ja kaikki mukavuudet ja kaunis parveke, jossa voit nauttia mukavasta illallisesta tai viininmaistamisesta.
Rakennuksessa on hissi- ja wifi-verkko. Huoneistossa on makuuhuone, iso olohuone, jossa integroitu keittiö ja kylpyhuone.

Great little apartment in a quiet and convenient part of town. Clean and well maintained. Location was ideal for a tourist. Close to the Trinidad metro and walkable to any of the sights. We loved it.

A nicely furnished apartment, clean, comfortable. It's modern inside with everything you need but it is an old building (noisy pipes). Convenient check-in process with extra consideration from the host. An easy walk to Catarina Street with lots of shops and restaurants.

Pour quelques nuits, un appart super bien situé !!

Appartement cosy, fonctionnel et bien pensé, pratique (grâce à la machine à laver (le linge)) et très très bien situé!! Les(-): l'ascenseur, fonctionnel mais très ancien, il faut bien fermer les portes en bois, pour ne pas rencontrer de problèmes...(Les portes claquent, cela occasionne du bruit, même le soir)Il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais un ventilateur efficace. En fait c'est très supportable, si on s'organise pour ne pas laisser entrer la chaleur, en baissant les volets...L'appart se situe dans une rue très passante, à plusieurs étages de hauteur et les fenêtres n'arrêtent pas les sons. L'appart est donc relativement bruyant... Là encore, pour quelques nuits, ça passe. Mais sur un plus long séjour... (Je suis restée trois nuits, sur la fin de mon séjour au Portugal)J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce logement et la bienveillance de sa propriétaire ! : situé à côté de la station centrale des métros (trindade), de la navette aéroport et des quartiers ad hoc (the place to be!!)

City of Porto

The unit was a good size for Europe. Great living room, nice dining table for 4. Good bedroom. The bath was of average size. This unit was in a great location to walk and see the bulk of the city. Why only 4 stars? One evening we return to do our laundry. We turned on the washer and 3 minutes later all the power went out. The owner was there in 20 minutes to check everything out. The good news power was restored. The bad news no clothes washer for the duration of our stay. Another key thing to know, this unit is on a major road and when the windows are open it is very loud. Luckily we always travel with earplugs. The unit can get very hot, so windows open was a must. We could use the deck only on Sunday morning as this was the quietest time. Otherwise for us too loud. We were able to walk the whole city and found some hidden places so this was a plus.

Appartement conforme a la description très propre. Bien situé pour découvrir Porto a pied. Proche de la station de métro Trindade(3mn) qui relie l aéroport direct en 30mn. Le seul bémol c est le bruit de la rue passante... Mariza répond à toutes vos questions.

Belle escapade dans une jolie ville atypique

L appartement est bien situé ce qui de fait aboutit a un environnement relativement bruyant. C est le seul bémol du séjour car l appartement est tres bien agencé et décoré avec goût. L hôte est fantastique. Au petit soin pour nous avant même notre arrivée et jusqu'à notre retour en France. Merci Mariza🙂

Incredible Place To Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Everything was clean and ready for our visit. We were within walking distance to most everywhere we went. There was lots of traffic noise but it actually became white noise for sleeping. Not a big party area which helped with the noise control. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo

The condo itself is nice. Supplied with everything you need. We felt it was close to everything. Nice grocery store close by. Our only complaint which nothing can be done about is the STREET NOISE! It is obviously on a main road basically sounds like a freeway & the noise is 24 hours! Of course you need the windows open because of the heat with no air conditioning but couldn’t get a good night sleep with the noise! Could be a deal breaker for some. The owner is lovely & keeps in touch!!

Perfect apartment to visit Porto

This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Porto for many reasons. The first, the apartment itself. It is a lovely space with good sized rooms. The bedroom is comfortable with windows that offer soundproofing. The bathroom has a wonderful shower with really good water pressure. The living area, open plan with a kitchen, offers a nice space where you can relax. But the best part for us was the balcony with its small table and chairs where we ate dinner every night. A real highlight! There is also a washing machine which we used. It worked very much like the one we have at home but, even if it didn't, it is quite intuitive. The apartment is also perfectly situated so it is easy to take advantage of the excellent public transportation system that Porto offers: all 6 Metro lines go through Trindade station, which is 2 or 3 minutes walk from the apartment. As well, there are many bus lines that go through the Trindade area. The neighbourhood is an interesting one as the Bolhao market is not far, less than 10 minutes walk. However, we found that we could find what we needed from local merchants or the nearby Pingo Doce, Auchan or other supermarkets. On the rua de Bomjardim, there is a café with good coffee and a variety of baked goods. Mariza was wonderful. She explained the check in process very thoroughly and told us we could call her if needed. Communication was easy! Thank you!! We do not hesitate to recommend this apartment! Central apartment

We were met at the apartment by Mariza, she explained the set up of the flat, keys, elevator and where to put rubbish. This apartment had everything we needed for our holiday- kitchen, balcony, separate living and sleeping and lovely bathroom This apartment was less than 5 min walk from Trinidade train station and all amenities were nearby Thanks, we really enjoyed our stay in Porto

Excellent accommodation

Comfortable, well maintained accommodation, close to metro and an excellent grocery store. We like to walk and found we could walk everywhere. Mariza is friendly and helpful. Washing machine in apartment is a bonus. Noisy traffic outside building.

Bestens geeignet für einen Porto Trip !

Gute Lage, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß bzw. mit der Metro schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung völlig ok, Mariza, die sehr freundliche Vermieterin war jederzeit ansprechbar. Ein Störfaktor für uns war allerdings der auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern durchgängig zu hörende Lärm der vorbeifahrenden Autos.

Gemütliche Wohnung , sehr zentral

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 4 Tage gemietet, waren nur zum Schlafen dort, sie ist recht zentral und dadurch recht laut, bis zum Douro sind es ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht und machen alles möglich, auch einen Check-In mitten in der Nacht. Sie isr gut eingerichtet.

In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht und die Lage ist auch super. Man ist überall sehr schnell zu Fuß oder auch in 5 Minuten an der Metro. Mariza ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Hat uns von Anfang bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubs mit Tips und Infos versorgt. Sie war jederzeit zur Stelle und wenn man Fragen hatte oder Hilfe brauchte hat sie sich unverzüglich darum gekümmert. 5 Sterne für die Wohnung und 5 Sterne für Mariza. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. 🙂

Great space

Perfect apartment for a two week visit to Porto. Convenient location, metro station very close. Also convenient to shopping and eating options. Uber drivers often went to the other side of the street, which was confusing at first, but since the A apartment is almost next door to Yotel hotel that made a good reference for drivers. Apartment was clean and as described. I especially enjoyed the deck and plenty of fresh air. Also appreciated the washer and was glad I had packed extra laundry soap pods. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location for visiting Porto

Nice clean and spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, even a washing machine. Its position is near to the Metro station, where you can access all Main line stations and local places of interest. Also only 20 minutes walk away from centre of Porto. Would highly recommend this apartment

Super appartement bien situé à Porto.

Super appartement, remarquablement situé tout près du hub du métro de Porto (station Trindade). Immeuble calme et bien insonorisé. Seul petit inconvénient, la rue en contrebas de l'immeuble est pavée et malgré la double fenêtre de la chambre et le double vitrage du living, on entend le bruit de roulement de la rue.
