Overall, we enjoyed our stay but it didn't come without issues. We tried several times to connect by phone with Gabriel to assist in accessing the unit because the street door would not open for us. We did exactly how the instructions we given - "Press 2nd floor DRT button, then slide mobile phone button to open door from our phone. We tried about 20 times and it did not work at all. We were then accused Gabriel that we were not doing it right. We again tried to connect Gabriel by phone to speak with us. He never did call but kept sending texts by Whatsapp. Had the neighbours not let us in, we'd have to spend the night on the street. We eventually discovered on our own that we had to "SLIDE THE MOBILE APPT BUTTON FIRST, THEN PRESS 2nd FLR DRT BUTTON. We are extremely disappointed with Gabriel's responses and accusations that WE were the problem. I explained the new access instructions to Gabriel who did not even acknowledge nor apologize to us.
