As many Portuguese houses have, the passage from the living room to the kitchen is made through a small tunnel, about 1.60 m high, which connects the two rooms. It has 50 m². It's a one bedroom apartment with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that comfortably accommodates 2 people. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.



It has a fully equipped bathroom with shower, including a hairdryer.



The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave with oven included, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.



It has access to cable TV, Wi-fi and ironing facilities.



The apartment is in a strategic location close to the heart of the city, as it is just a few minutes from the most beautiful monuments and the most delicious cafes and restaurants. It is close to various shops and services, such as cafes, restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets and car parks.
