This apartment was more spacious than expected and accommodated all of our needs. It was less than one block from the market which was an ideal place to find breakfast every morning. We were able to walk easily to all of our favorite tourist locations and always felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment, in a great location - right next to Mercado do Bolhão, next to bus stops and metro. Transfer from the airport was organized perfectly, breakfast in the morning was on time and very tasty. Recommended!

It’s a home away from home. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. After staying at one of the apartments, I believe that the sewage system needs to be checked (a repugnant stench occasionally surfaced in one of the bedrooms and toilets) but overall it’s been a great experience.

Great Location for exploring Porto

Feel Porto were super helpful and communicative, made the whole process a breeze and we're on hand in case we needed anything, like arranging a transfer back to the airport or hold on to our luggage for us. A great team. We were comfortable as a group of 5 in the apartment and the location was excellent. Right beside the maket and everything was just a short walk away.

There was a terrible sewer smell that was present off and on throughout the unit. It was so bad in one of the bedrooms that we had to double up because we couldn’t sleep in that bedroom. Although it is in a great location, this unit is not suitable for occupancy.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Wir waren 5 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der Sehenswürdigkeiten gut geeignet. Die Abwicklung mit FeelPorto war sehr angenehm und reibungslos. Kleiner Tipp: Für einen Induktionsherd sollte die Pfanne auch geeignet sein.

Poorly maintained apartment

This is a beautiful apartment centrally located, but poorly maintained. The cleaners were still there from the prior guests when we arrived, even later than we had estimated. Many things were broken, most importantly the internet/TV. The managers made no attempt to fix this during our stay and we had to go to Starbucks to use the internet. The toaster, a chair, and the light sensor in the hallway were also broken. It's sad that the managers don't pay more attention to the contents of the apartment. In addition, the apartment is on the top floor (6 flights) and the building elevator was also not working during our entire visit-- so overall, this place was difficult to stay in. Use caution!

Home away from home.

From day one to the very last day, the customers service was excellent. The staff was extremely efficient, friendly and always ready to go an extra mile. Overall outstanding costumer services ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will definitely be back soon, highly recommended. There was one single issue we encountered, the repugnant stench coming from the sewage system in the first guest-room and occasionally in the middle bathroom and main room bathroom.

Great appartment in a great location

We are a family of 4 and stayed in the appartment in August 2019. The appartment was as the pictures showed it. Spacious, well decorated and in a great location. We walked everywhere. Would recommend it.

Spacious apartment

We liked the apartment. Very clean, light and airy. The location was good and Ricardo was a big help in riding with one of us to park the car in a public garage. It would be a 5 star but ran into what seems to be a persistent issue and that is having to wait to meet someone. It appears that most outfits managing a high number of properties are spread thin and don’t have the personnel to check everyone in at the peak time of 4-5 pm. Check in shouldn’t be promised if it can’t be done. It’s particularly difficult when you are traveling with a vehicle. It’s hard to park close by and wait for 30-45 minutes. That said, the people at Feel Porto were to a person extremely nice.

Très bel appartement

Grandes pièces, belle grande cuisine, les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions avec d’énormes garde-robe. Merci à Rita qui nous a très bien accueilli. Le seul hic, c’est qu’il flotte une bizarre de petite odeur un peu désagréable surtout dans la grande chambre, sinon tout est parfait. Très bien situé, pour visiter Porto à pieds et les transports sont facilement accessibles, d’ailleurs les taxis sont à la porte. Un peu de peinture sur les murs ne feraient pas de tort, car c’est tout de même un très bel appartement mais qui aurait besoin seulement d’un petit rafraîchissement. Et, pour les lève-tôt et amateur de bon café, vous n’avez seulement qu’à descendre en bas et un charmant petit café est situé juste à la porte d’à côté, les jus d’orange fait maison sont excellents et l’on peut accompagner le tout d’une petite pâtisserie toute aussi délicieuse. Nous étions au cinquième étage mais nous avions un bon ascenseur pour faciliter la montée et la descente des bagages, et cela, même si les escaliers sont très bien. Et, il faut dire qu’après avoir erré toute la journée dans la ville de Porto, l’ascenseur était le bienvenue. Allez visiter les sites où se trouvent les caves de Porto, ça vaut le détour. Nous avons choisi la Maison Taylors où l’on a pu déguster d’excellents porto dans un magnifique jardin enchanteur, à ne pas manquer. Nous sommes aussi allés sur le fameux Pont Dum Luis, où la vue de la ville est imprenable et n’oubliez surtout pas de faire une excursion le long du Douro avec une petite croisière en prime, c’est un autre incontournable, c’est fabuleux. Portez de bonnes chaussures car ici nous sommes toujours en pente, et sur des chaussées pas toujours très uniformes.

Alles sehr gut vom Empfang bis zum Service. Küchenausstattung eher beschränkt für die Größe/Anspruch der Wohnung (zB etwas wenig Geschirr/Gläser) und gelegentlich Gerüche in den Bädern. Exzellente Lage am METRO, Bus und wenige 100m zum Plaza de Liberdad.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans ce superbe appartement où rien ne manque. La décoration est de très bon goût et l'appartement très propre. Si nous devions revenir à Porto, c'est sans hésiter que nous passerions par Feel Porto pour la réservation d'un appartement.
