The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. Ample storage space is also provided for your belongings, adding to the room’s functionality.

The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

For your convenience, the property includes a washer, and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs with ease.

The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Just 1.2 km away, Rotunda da Boavista (Praça Mouzinho de Albuquerque) is a significant urban landmark and a central point in the city. Nearby, Casa da Música is one of Porto’s main concert halls, offering a diverse program of musical events.

The area surrounding Boavista is home to a variety of restaurants serving both traditional Portuguese cuisine and international options. Popular choices include Grelhador da Boavista and Churrascão Gaúcho, known for their culinary specialties.

For shopping and services, Shopping Cidade do Porto is within easy reach, providing a range of stores, services, and dining options for a complete shopping experience.

As the property is located in the city, there may be some rowdy people, as well as noise occasionally.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
