Additionally, you'll have your very own private balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the invigorating, crisp air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove and an oven.

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Bonfim is a vibrant neighbourhood located in Porto, Portugal. Known for its authentic and lively atmosphere, it appeals to a diverse range of residents and visitors alike. Bonfim is popular with locals who appreciate its close-knit community and traditional charm. The area offers a variety of attractions and activities, with Bolhão Market standing out as a must-visit destination. This bustling market showcases the city's culinary delights and vibrant produce.

Additionally, Bela Vista Park provides a tranquil escape for nature lovers, offering beautiful green spaces and scenic views. Bonfim's streets are lined with homely cafes, charming shops, and local restaurants, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the local culture and savour traditional Portuguese cuisine. Whether exploring the vibrant market, enjoying a stroll in the park, or indulging in the neighbourhood's culinary delights, Bonfim offers an authentic and enriching experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 10-minute walk.

The nearest metro station, Marquês, is just a 16-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
