This lovely 35m² home features tasteful decor and a prime location near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary delights.

The open-concept layout seamlessly combines the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find two comfortable single beds and one sofa-bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare your own delicious meals.

The bathroom comes thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The space is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In this location, you're close to iconic spots like Jardim de São Lázaro and the beautiful Church of Santa Clara. The area blends historic charm with a youthful vibe, thanks to nearby art spaces and cafés. Great dining options nearby include Casa Guedes for pork sandwiches and Manna Porto for healthy bites.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The 24 de Agosto metro station is just a 6-minute walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide it at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
