The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, a dining table for six, and a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washing machine, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

One of the bedrooms features a luxurious queen-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have comfortable double beds, with one of them boasting an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, it offers the convenience of free parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their own vehicles to explore the surrounding areas.

Santa Marinha is a parish located in Vila Nova de Gaia. It is known for its picturesque landscapes, historic buildings, and proximity to the Douro River. The area offers a mix of residential neighborhoods and green spaces, providing a tranquil atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Santa Marinha is also home to several wineries and cellars where visitors can taste and purchase Port wine, one of the region's specialties. Additionally, the parish features cultural attractions such as churches, museums, and parks, making it a charming destination for exploration.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Dr. António Granjo, is just a 1-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Devesas, is just a 20-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
