Upon entering this charming studio, you'll find a cozy living area that seamlessly combines a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Porto.

The space is tastefully decorated with modern touches, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen area is compact yet efficient, equipped with essential cooking utensils and a small dining table for two. Ideal for preparing light meals, it offers a convenient space to enjoy breakfast or a casual dinner.

The bathroom, though small, is well-appointed with a shower and fresh towels, ensuring all your basic needs are met.

The studio's compact design maximizes space without compromising comfort, making it an ideal retreat for couples.

Guests have full access to the studio located on the 5th floor. The building is equipped with an elevator for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

The property is conveniently located near Trindade Metro Station, a major transport hub offering access to multiple metro lines, including Line D (yellow), which connects to key city areas. Public buses are also accessible, providing easy navigation throughout Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
