The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has a double bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Each bedroom also has wardrobes for all your storage needs.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, a crib is available for your convenience if you are travelling with a baby.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

São Mamede de Infesta is a civil parish in the municipality of Matosinhos, which is part of the Greater Porto metropolitan area.
The parish is well-connected to the city of Porto and other neighbouring areas by road networks and public transportation. This makes it convenient for residents to commute to different parts of the region.

Residents can find essential amenities such as supermarkets, local shops, cafes, and restaurants. While it may not be as bustling as the city centre, São Mamede de Infesta offers a range of services for daily needs.

The area is home to the University Institute of Maia (ISMAI), which contributes to the student population in the vicinity. The presence of educational institutions gives the area a vibrant and youthful atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
