Clean and comfortable

The staff were lovely, check in lady so very helpful, room clean and comfortable. When we checked out the guy on reception heard coming down the stairs and rushed to carry out case down 3 flights if stairs for us. The price we paid I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. 5 minute walk from the station a bonus.

Very nice and affordable place across from the train station. The hostess was wonderful - so kind and welcoming. The room was nice, clean, well appointed, and cute! A little noisy and no elevator (typical I think) but only 2 flights max.

Shown on google map, walkable from Flixbus, but we can find the way walkable, paid 3.5 euro for bolt for 700meters. should uber 15minutes directly to the hotel in the city center. Hotel is very basic, no elevators, with big luggage we had, climbing at least 30-40 stairs to our room without helper, so exhausted, room is tiny, fortunately, only for one night stay. Not recommend.

Its a nice basic place near to Campanha Station, which has long distance trains to Lisbon and the south, plus regional trains along the scenic Douro Valley. Metro and rail services into the city centre also available, plus direct metro from airport. The room itself was clean and comfortable, en suite, albeit a bit compact. I was checked in by the owner who remembered me from my last visit, and he was very kind to ask about my father who stayed with me last time, which was a nice touch.

Good value budget hotel

We wanted a budget hotel for a one night stay prior to catching an early train. This was ideal. Room was simple and clean, all we required. Decent shower and air con. Great location for tram, train and bus. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Staff on reception was very friendly. Would use again

I arrived two hrs before check in, they gladly kept my luggage and had it waiting in my room upon my return. Room was size with night tables and a closer. Bed needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Good water pressure but if you like hot showers that’s not doing to happen. Very close to Campanhã station and walkable to many popular areas. Enjoyed my stay.

The manager was very accommodating and kind waiting for a late check in. We were also able to leave the bags for a few hours the day we checked out. Our room was good for a couple of nights, we were out all day anyway, but the there was basically no window, there was just an opening on the stairs and it was quite noisy. But again, for the price and convenience and private bathroom in a central location in Porto it was all we needed. Also, if you are traveling on very hot days, there is no air conditioning. It's not the Ritz, but it's clean and convenient.

Desk person Francisco was a life saver. He helped me find my passport at 615 am and drove me to bus station so that I didn't miss bus. I’m very grateful but also so impressed with his kindness that avoided me missing my reunion with my daughter in Spain.

At midnight, Hospedaria Londres saved the day

We were only passing through Porto and just wanted somewhere to stay overnight. Hospedaria Londres. was very close to the train and bus termini and very reasonably priced. Our flight into Porto was delayed and we did not arrive at the hotel until midnight. We were (pleasantly) surprised to see the manage of the hotel was waiting outside to welcome us. Once we had booked in, he even took the time to show us where we could get a "nightcap".He also took the time to make sure that we knew how to get to the bus station for the next day.
