Amazing hotel!

Can’t say enough about the incredible staff including Marta, Will, Paulo and Audrey! They looked after all of our requests. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. I liked the wood floors, haven’t seen that in a city hotel before. The breakfast had many options. Great location, just minutes walking to the river.

We booked the corner room which was spacious and just like pictures. Construction is going on around the area and on the building across the street but noice was not an issue for us. Overall had a great stay.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. No issues with noise from nearby road works for new metro line, and hotel gave ample warning about potential disruption! Staff all very friendly and helpful.

First off, we received an email a few weeks before that there was construction going on. Oh boy, it’s HUGE construction near the station, which we arrived when it was raining and dark, so it was difficult to navigate. Not hotels fault. The only hotel staff that was friendly & helpful was the one who checked us in. During our stay hubby went to check on making a wine tasting reservation, the person at the desk was no help ☹️ The neat thing about the hotel is it’s the original outside structure but gutted inside and redone. I was a little skeptic about the windows keeping the noise out, wow, boy I was wrong! It was quiet especially bec this hotel is located in the heart of activities anyone would want to do. We were able to see the highlights we wanted to see by foot and in one day! So the other days we wondered around and did a wine tasting. Would we stay here again. I don’t know, maybe?!?

Hostel level not Hotel

This is a hostel level place not hotel. Lack of hot water at 10:00 2 days in a row. Terrible sewer smell in bathroom during the whole trip. Strong perfumes used in the lobby area to "hide" smells. Reasonable location.
