Porton joen näkymä

Huoneistossa on 3 huonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, moderni, mukava ja täysin varusteltu - pesukone, astianpesukone, hiustenkuivaaja ... Se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Gaian pääkadulla. Metroasema, rautatieasema ja bussipysäkki ovat rakennuksen ovella!

Huoneisto sijaitsee 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Gaia-joen rannalta (Cais de Gaia) ja kuuluisalta D. Luís (Eiffel) -silta, 15 minuutin päässä Ribeiralta ravintoloineen, baareineen ja veneretkeineen sekä katedraalilla, 20 minuutin päässä São Bento -asemalta ja Porton pääkadulta (Aliados).

Mene alas Gaian joen rannalle (kävellen tai köysiradalla) ja aloita oma maistelukiertue satamaviinikellareissa. Ylitä silta kohti Ribeiraa ja nauti näkymistä jokirannikon kahvilassa tai tee jokimatka Dourossa. Suuntaa keskustaan ja käy katedraalissa, Clérigos-tornissa, yliopiston historiallisessa rakennuksessa tai värikkäillä Bolhão-markkinoilla. Jos haluat käydä ostoksilla, älä unohda Santa Catarina Street. Majestic Café on myös paikka, johon haluat mennä. Käy Soares dos Reis- tai Serralves-museoissa ja Musiikkitalossa. Wow! Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment

Recently fully renovated with modern materials, fixtures and appliances, this beautifully designed and well-appointed apartment is a privilege to occupy for a visit in Porto. It is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen, and many windows and doors for natural light. Although located on a busy street with a grocery store, cafes, other shops, and a tram station, it is situated well above street level and relatively quiet. It is close to the Douro River with views of Gaia and Porto, just a 4 minute walk from the Ponte Luis I and close to the Port warehouses. Great access to the core area of Porto. Upon arrival, the Host provided an outstanding orientation to the many features of the apartment, operation of fixtures and appliances, together with an overview of many restaurants, shops and areas to visit in the Porto and Gaia. He was very kind, welcoming and helpful. Without reservation, we would return to this property and highly recommend it to other travellers.

Amazing Stay!

Our group of friends had an excellent stay at this Porto RiverView Flat! The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a convenient location right across public transportation. There was AC in the living area and primary bedroom, but a portable fan was also available! 2.5 baths and a garage parking spot was also a plus. We had to ask Pedro a few questions, and he was very kind and responsive. He also met us for check in and gave a lot of great local recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again, such a great experience! Thanks Pedro!

Great home base for Porto/Gaia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this flat. The view from the kitchen/balcony was fabulous. Pedro was easy to work with & addressed all of our queries promptly - for us just clearing up our confusion getting in to the garage and providing some advice on nearby stores/sites to visit. We walked all over both Porto/Gaia & never needed our car at all. The apartment had everything we needed and was just as it was presented on the website when we booked. The building is near train tracks and a fairly busy street plus is currently being renovated (outside facing). There is some construction noise during the day (~8:00-16:00) and typical traffic/train noise which we had expected being in the city. Very close to the port houses in Gaia and everything else no more than a mile or so away. Can’t wait to come back.

Tolles Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das moderne und geräumige Apartment ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Gaia, direkt gegenüber einer Metrostation. Die Altstadt und der Douro sind auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem bietet die Wohnung die Grundlage für einen entspannten Stadtbesuch von Porto.

Nice room spaces

This apartment is located in Vila Nova de Gaia in an avenue that take you to Porto in a few minutes walk (about 10 minutes or less). The apartment has a great distribution between the bedrooms and the common areas such as the kitchen and the living room. It has large spaces. There are 2 air conditioners. One on the living room and the other one in the master room. When we were there there was a hot wave weather and I don't think any a/a were resulted enough.... The washer worked well. The landlord was great, she took time to explain some good facts about Porto and its attractions. It was very useful information. In general, the apartment works well for us. I might say that the avenue could turn a little noisy... and the master room a/c was not working.

Prima ligging, appartement goed geschikt voor 6 personen. De eigenaar woont in hetzelfde complex dus snel bereikbaar. Enige minpunt is de witte bank die niet echt schoon meer is.

Amazing place!

3 friends sharing the apartment for 4 nights. We met Pedro as planned and he gave us a good introduction to the apartment. Everything in the apartment is in order and working perfectly. The interior is nice and cozy. Amazing view over the Douro to one side, and the street on the other. The location is excellent whether you want to visit the Port-area (Vila Nova De Gaia) or O'Porto. We would not hesitate to book this place again. Have to say though, that the noise from the tram and the traffic in the street below is quite heavy and earplugs are highly recommended.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a good location. The only negative thing is the noise. The apartment is double glazed on the living room side and is very quiet, but the bedrooms have only single glazing and are right above the tram stop so the noise is noticeable early in the morning (ear plugs recommended).

Great apartment and experience in Oporto!

We were very comfortable and if we 'd come back to Oporto we we'd stay in the same place. The noise in the street starts at 7 am so it is the perfect time to wake up!. Very convenient location closed to the city and nice views .

charmant condo a Porto

Nous avons été charmé par votre condo. Dans un premier temps, le condo est très bien situé (Gaia) de l'autre côté de la rive de la ville de Porto. Tout se fait a la marche, pas besoin de véhicule. Nous avons garé notre véhicule dans le garage assigné a notre condo. Nous n'avons qu'a prende l'ascenseur qui nous mène a notre condo. Le condo est très propre, rien n'y manque, très bien équipé. Trois chambres spacieuses décorées avec soin, lits douillets (literies en surplus, avec couvertures pour les frileux). Deux salles de bain complète avec de très grande douche, superbe. Il y a de grand espace de rangement. Nous n'avons qu'a traverser une porte et nous voila dans le coeur de l'appartement, grande cuisine et je le répète, très bien équipé, ya de tout. salle a manger et salon adjacent, tv, et tout pour le wifi, internet. Une salle d'eau de ce côté également. De grandes fenêtres et une très grande porte patio, deux balcons avec vue sur Porto. Quoi demander de plus. Quartier sécuritaire, vous serez charmés et contents de votre choix. Je n'hésite pas a recommander cet appart, moderne, propre nous n'hésiterions pas a le relouer. Very comfortable and beautiful apartment but extremely noisy

The apartment is as on the pictures. Clean, modern, every comfort. Parking space was a nice extra. Location is ideal (metrostop at 20 meters and 5 minutes walk from the famous bridge and two different supermarkets) But, a big but, very noisy. You hear every metro (tram) pass in all the three bedrooms. Which meant difficult nights for us and the Children as the metro ends at 1 o'clock and starts at 6.
