Breakfast was brought to your room on a cart with selections that you had made the night before. The location is great but there is a flight of stairs to get to it.

Another great experience staying in Europe! The staff were very nice from the start. They made excellent use of limited space, especially the coffee and snack station on each floor, which was both eye-opening and unique. We really loved how clean and well-organized everything was. I still give it 5 stars, even though I later realized we stayed in a smaller room than the one I originally booked and that there was no elevator. I guess I’ve been a bit spoiled and just assumed all European properties had elevators!

It was a nice and safe property in Porto. Very convenient to walk around to scenic points. The breakfast is excellent with choices. I like the freshly squeezed orange juice so much. Room service breakfast is very good and convenient to us.

FLH Suites in Porto is located in a busy tourist area however once you entered the FLH Suites the ambiance completely changes to a quiet and peaceful place. The FLH room set-up is much better that a 5-star hotel. The bed, pillows, linens and beddings are of great quality. The customer service is great! The receptionists are all nice and pleasant to talk with. They are very attentive to my requests. Also, I love the breakfast delivered to my room at my preferred time. And the daily afternoon treats is a big plus!! Not to mention the amazing Porto wine available at the lobby, or a choice of coffee or tea after a long walk outside. There is no elevator to go up to my room but it didn’t bother me and my husband. It’s a good work-out everyday! I will recommend FLH Suites to anyone looking for a great stay at Porto. The location is great, walking distance to most tourist attractions, and the customer service is superb!! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at FLH Suites. Will definitely come back again in the future!!

This place was amazing. Made us feel at home from the second we walked in.they bring breakfast right to your door in the morning. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again. Only thing it’s not handicap accessible. There’s lots of stairs on the way up, for someone who ate too much while I was on vacation definitely not a problem. (Not positive but I didn’t see an elevator)

Hotel is very clean, has great AC, and is right in the center of everything yet impressively quiet. Will warn we did not see an elevator and got to go up 5 flights of stairs each time we came back, but that’s not a big issue
