All inclusive que dá vontade de voltar!

O hotel não é um resort, mas é um All Inclusive que entrega tudo o que promete. As instalações são ótimas, restaurante recém inaugurado, quarto confortável e com limpeza em dia, áreas de piscina e clube de praia com muitos móveis e com manutenção impecável. A comida não é excepcional, mas é bem feita e tem certa variedade. Destaque para os petiscos da piscinas e do bar da praia. Bebidas são de boa qualidade. Mas você se apaixona mesmo é pelos funcionários: todos são muito prestativos e trabalham com alegria.

Adorei a estadia no resort. Estava de ferias com 2 filhos jovens. Atendimento no bar da praia maravilhoso. Tanto pessoal do bar quanto da cozinha. Faziam questão de decorar os drinks que prepararam. Os petiscos muito saborosos. Quarto bom, confortável e camas ok. Área da piscina muito boa.

Pior experiência possível. Fujam desse Hotel!

TERRÍVEL! Vou resumir aqui, mas vou detalhar nas redes sociais, por conta da limitação de caracteres. Reservei entre 27/01 e 01/02, e não passei 1 dia no hotel. Viajei com minha esposa e duas filhas, e foi a pior experiência possível. Ao chegar nos colocaram em um quarto minúsculo, onde não tínhamos espaço pra colocar as malas. Elas tiveram que ficar no chão. O quarto estava fedendo mofo e estava sujo. Pernilongos então nem se fala. Eram aos montes. O banheiro estava sujo, não tinha papel higiênico, toalhas só tinham 2 (estávamos em 4 pessoas) e a água fedia. Ao tomar banho, fedíamos ferrugem. O ar condicionado estava vazando. Entre 22 e 23 horas estávamos com a manutenção dentro do quarto pra tentar resolver e não conseguiram. No quarto tinha apenas 1 tomada. Ou você liga o veneno pra pernilongo, ou carrega algum eletrônico. Na piscina não tinha lugar pra sentar, a água estava verde e não cabia mais ninguem. All inclusive? Esquece!! Pra pegar bebida tem que entrar na fila e esperar ser atendido. Pra comida a mesma coisa. Restaurante tipo bandejão. Filas enormes, sem estrutura pra quantidade de pessoas, sem ar condicionado, etc. Fui reclamar na recepção e nada foi feito, a não ser mandarem a manutenção no quarto e perguntar se queria que jogasse veneno pra pernilongo (isso era 22:00 horas). No frigobar só tinha água e 3 latas de coca cola, sujas com algo parecido com fezes de inseto. Passamos a noite acordados matando pernilongo, e saimos no dia seguinte. Vou processar!

Atendimento impecável, muita fartura de comidas e bebidas e sem fila para pegar as coisas. Fila rápida as vezes no almoço e jantar. Tudo de fácil acesso. Fui supreendida com a cerveja Heineken liberada e super gelada sempre! Estrutura da praia excelente em tudo. Pontos negativos: muita falação no microfone por causa das brincadeiras. Isso cansa a cabeça. Acho que o hotel precisa expandir a área comum, pois a tarde a piscina fica bem cheia e nem todo mundo consegue cadeiras e mesas. A sombrinha das mesas da praia poderia ser maior, pois o sol é muito intenso. E o banheiro do quarto que fiquei poderia ser melhor, mais conservado. No geral, nota 9/10.

Praia maravilhosa, excelente para quem vai com crianças, tem ondas calmas de manhã e à tarde, um pouco mais fortes, mais divertidas, muito boa, além de ser um local limpo e muito bem estruturado. Atendimento de todos excelente. O quarto em que eu fiquei, o colchão de casal estava muito gasto, fundo, muito desconfortável, e senti muita dor nas costas. Merecia um colchão novo e maior. Não tinha edredon no quarto disponível, apenas se fizesse pedido e também não tinha secador de cabelo. Por ser uma praia tão linda também merecia uma reforma para ficar mais bonito, sendo os móveis e a decoração já bem antiga, mas tudo limpinho, cheirosinho sem mofo, apenas a nossa colcha estava amarelada, que mostrava que já é bem usada. Já a variedade de comidas e bebidas, acho que podia melhorar. Não gostei dos drinks, acho que falta variedade e qualidade para ter mais sabor. Os petiscos são sempre os mesmos, são bons, mas falta tempero. As refeições, jantar e almoço também são boas mas o meu ponto de vista também falta tempero. Nos restaurantes conceituados que eu comi na cidade, estava mais apetitoso. Recreação para todas as idades, eu e minha família interagimos muito e foi muito legal. Fui muito feliz na minha experiência lá, mas quando eu retornar se não houver uma reforma, pretendo conhecer outro resort, Mas se houver voltarei pra lá sempre com toda certeza.

Ótimo custo benefício

Estamos acostumados a hotéis all inclusive. Então essa avaliação vai ser comparando a outras experiências que tivemos. Viemos com uma expectativa de moderada pra baixo, visto que o hotel não é de uma grande rede. Porém nós surpreendemos muito positivamente. Os quartos são amplos, o hotel é bem limpo. Não faltam funcionários para limpeza. Sempre há alguém passando pra recolher talheres, copos, pratos em todos os locais. Um ponto muito positivo é que, apesar de estar lotado o hotel para o reveillon, não enfrentamos fila nos bares. Sempre havia muitas pessoas atendendo. A estrutura de praia é excelente, sempre com locais pra sentar. Piscina muito boa com brinquedos infantis. Comida não foi a melhor que já comemos, mas era saborosa. Fui preparado para beber uma cerveja qualquer e me surpreendi com Heineken. Sorvete bola e picolé liberado todos os dias à tarde pra criançada. Ceia, show e fogos do reveillon sensacionais! Mega estrutura, camarão, lagosta etc... Mandaram muito bem! Como pontos a melhorar, achamos o restaurante apertado e muito quente. Vimos que o hotel está em expansão construindo mais quartos, mas vai faltar mobiliário pra piscina. Hoje já não comporta, acho que ficará pior. No mais, foi uma excelente estadia. O que define o hotel é o seu custo benefício. Não venha esperando uma mega estrutura tipo Iberostar. Vindo com uma expectativa bem alinhada vc vai se surpreender como minha família.
