Gostaria de registrar minha satisfação com a estadia durante o período de Carnaval. O hotel ofereceu uma ótima estrutura e tornou os dias ainda mais especiais. Faço questão de agradecer especialmente à recepcionista pelo acolhimento, simpatia e atenção desde a chegada. Sua postura fez toda a diferença e transmitiu muito profissionalismo e cuidado. No entanto, deixo uma observação que considero importante. Em determinado momento, ao ser orientado sobre regras do hotel, fui chamado ao balcão da recepção pela gerente e recebi a advertência diante de outras pessoas. Compreendo plenamente a necessidade de cumprimento das normas, mas a abordagem pública me causou constrangimento. Acredito que esse tipo de orientação poderia ter sido feita de forma mais reservada.

Fiquei 6 diárias com minha família, hotel até de perfeitamente, boa estrutura, piscina grande, cadeiras e guarda sol novinhos, café da manhã excelente, li comentários falando mal do café mas em minha opinião não deixou nada a desejar. Localização privilegiada pois ao lado do hotel tem restaurantes com preços ótimos além de mercado, farmácia e lavanderia tudo a poucos metros do hotel. Ponto negativo não diz respeito ao hotel mas sim a prefeitura pois as calçadas das ruas com sujeira e sem manutenção, além de água de chuva parada nas valetas das ruas.
