Maravilhoso é estar hospedado no Estrela Dalva Centro, excelência em atendimento e estrutura, para receber com carinho e muita cordialidade. fomos em um grupo composto por sete pessoas entre uma criança de 11 e minha mãe de 73,onde a estrutura oportunizou a todos nos aproveitarmos o máximo os espaços. cafe da manha fantastico. esperamos voltar em breve.

Fiz questão de avaliar pois havia lido uns comentarios negativos. Como era apenas uma estadia de passagem, arrisquei apesar das baixas expectativas. Fui surpreendida por uma equipe muito gentil na recepção e um quarto com cheirinho de limpeza. As instalações são modestas, mas condizentes com o valor cobrado. Me hospedaria novamente.

Hotel simples, precisa de reformas bàsicas nos quartos como mobílias, porém nada que prejudicou minha estadia. Quando cheguei, o quarto nao estava com cheiro agradável, mas ao questionar na recepção imediatamente foram solicitos e propuseram soluções. Pessima experiencia

Chegamos de madrugada, eu e minha família e não tinha quarto disponível e nos ofereceram outro hotel da rede com qualidade muito inferior. A cama era muito, muito dura, o chuveiro tinha pouca água e de manhã ele quase explodiu e quando a cozinha abriu descobrimos que o nosso quarto era de janela com a cozinha, se abríssemos a cortina veríamos todo o serviço da cozinha funcionando. Isso ocasionou em um barulho muito alto de talheres e louça dentro do nosso e toda a conversa do pessoal da cozinha, ou seja, eu estava com a cozinha dentro do meu quarto. Uma pessima experiência e gostaria do reembolso do valor pago por essa estadia.

Uma hospedagem com atendimento péssimo

Um hotel muito antigo, ruim, acomodações ruins, barulhento (não dá pra dormir até tarde), mas o pior de tudo foi atendimento da recepcionista Kauani. Uma atendente sem educação, grosseira, antipática. Deu até vontade de cancelar a hospedagem por causa dela. O tempo todo atendendo de cara feia. É ruim demais chagar a uma hospedagem depois de uma viagem cansativa e se deparar com um atendimento lixo desse. Não compensa o custo-beneficio.

A Chave que mantém a luz acesa não encaixava direito em um dos quartos. A acessibilidade é parcial, visto que há degraus no hotel dificultando a locomoção de pessoas com deficiência. Precisa melhorar a manutenção: a limpeza dos box's do banheiro podia ser melhor. Havia vazamento de água nos vasos do banheiro. Mas a localização é boa.

Gostei bastante da minha estadia, pelo custo benefício valeu muito a pena. Tive problema com meu vôo e cheguei no hotel as 3:00 da madrugada, quando na verdade era pra chegar entre 16:00/17:00 do dia anterior, o que não aconteceu.por tal motivo tive que pagar 80,00 pra poder entrar pro quarto pois o chekin é + ou menos até às 15:00, fora isso tudo perfeito
