Quarto limpo porém a cama o hotel precisa mudar, já fiquei em alguns quartos e em todas as camas já estão bem ruins, colchões muito gastos com molas quebradas, tvs pequenas pela distância que estão, café da manhã maravilhoso, equipe maravilhosa, mudando alguns pontos no quarto apenas, pois os móveis são antigos

Minha experiência no Rede Andrade Aquarius foi bastante decepcionante e abaixo do esperado. O quarto apresentou problemas importantes de manutenção. O chuveiro não aquecia corretamente, ficando apenas morno para frio, e mesmo após a visita da manutenção pela manhã o problema continuou durante a tarde e noite. Além disso, o ar-condicionado não gelava adequadamente, deixando o ambiente desconfortável para descansar. O ponto mais grave, porém, foi a questão da segurança e privacidade. Após solicitar assistência técnica para o chuveiro, um funcionário entrou no quarto sem minha presença e sem qualquer aviso prévio, enquanto meus pertences pessoais estavam no local. Em nenhum momento autorizei entrada desacompanhada. Quando procurei a recepção para relatar meu desconforto, não me senti acolhido pela forma como a situação foi tratada. Foi insinuado que, por eu ter solicitado manutenção, automaticamente estaria concordando com a entrada no quarto sem minha presença, o que considero totalmente inadequado. Entendo que manutenção pode ser necessária, mas o mínimo esperado é comunicação prévia, respeito à privacidade do hóspede e solução efetiva dos problemas do quarto, o que infelizmente não aconteceu. Saio da hospedagem com sensação de insegurança, desconforto e frustração. Não pretendo voltar.

O hotel é antigo, sendo visível que a sua manutenção é precária. A mesinha lateral de cama está muito arranhada, a wi-fi não funciona, o banheiro foi muito mal reformado, a tinta dentro do box tá saindo, o espelho do banheiro está enferrujado, há muita sujeira (lodo) no box do banheiro, não há amenidades, o papel higiênico é de baixa qualidade, o ar condiconado gela bem, mas não há um coberto eficiente e o café da manhã é razoável quando comparado com outros hotéis concorrentes.
