The loft accommodates 2 people, on request 3, has been recently renovated and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and new furniture. It consists of large ona living room with equipped kitchen, sofas and TV. From the living room there is access to the beautiful terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. Small hallway leading to the bathroom with shower and washing machine and the double bedroom, very large and also with access to the terrace.
The area is perfect as a starting point for excursions to other areas given the centrality of Portoferraio; the bus station is under the house, cab departure at 10 mt, supermarket and shopping center at 50 mt, boat departure for Pianosa island and Montecristo island at 50 mt, GHIAIE beach at 500 mt, free car parking under the house.
Portoferraio has the charm of a 1500 citadel combined with the services of a town inhabited by about 10 thousand people, where there is no shortage of services and transportation.
