40 sqm apartment located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator, recently renovated and situated along the seafront in the harbor area, close to all amenities. It features a double bedroom, a spacious and modern kitchen with induction cooktop and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower box, and a living room with a sliding sofa bed. There’s also a large, furnished terrace equipped with a table and chairs, as well as armchairs and a coffee table.

Central area, by the port; second floor with elevator access from the port entrance

Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refundable at the end of the stay after property inspection (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM)

Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; cannot be booked on-site)

Check-in instructions are sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place either at the property itself or at our Portoferraio office.
