Villa Occhiata is a beautiful property set in a panoramic hillside position, just 200 metres from the sea, offering a magnificent view of the Gulf of Biodola and the nearby beaches of Scaglieri, Forno and La Biodola, all reachable on foot through a short stepped path.The property consists of two independent units, each featuring spacious sea-view terraces and air conditioning:

a main villa on three levels and a cozy annex, connected by an external stone staircase (24 steps). Main Villa

The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

A few steps down lead to the living and dining room, featuring an ornamental fireplace and a large panoramic terrace with outdoor dining area — the perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking sea view.

From the living area, a few steps down lead to a double bedroom with private balcony and bathroom with shower.

On the lower level (with independent outdoor access) there is a twin bedroom that can be arranged as a double, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony facing the sea. Annex

Accessible via the main terrace and the external stone staircase, the annex includes a kitchenette, sleeping area with a double bed, double sofa bed (which can be converted into two single beds), and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private sea-view terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasol — ideal for relaxing in complete privacy. Outdoor Areas & Comfort

Between the two terraces, overlooking the sea, there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 4 people (unheated).
