Room & cleanliness was great. Really difficult to retain a good temperature in room. It was freezing. Breakfast was awful. Disorganised, chaotic, only one hot drinks machine was working. Not a great selection. Will be staying at Premier Inn going forward.

This is a very basic hotel. Decor wise the corridors and exterior feel very 1990s. The location is right on top of A27, to the extent that you feel like you’re on a traffic island. Our room was OK and the beds were comfortable. No heated towel rail in the bathroom means that if you shower in the evening your towel will still be wet in the morning. The car parking has to be paid for despite the unattractive location.

Breakfast was delicious, great choice. Staff were really friendly especially Lisa, who worked so hard but always smiling 😊 in the morning at breakfast. Bed was comfy so slept well. Aircon worked well for heating and cooling. Bus stop outside which takes you to the city. I would definitely stay again.
