Great but...

I choose this hotel for the pool. It says it's open from 9 to 9. But this week was different that the other two times I've been there. For two days, Instead of cleaning the pool before 9, the guy started to clean the pool at 9 so the pool wasn't available until 10. Other thing: hard to take a shower without water temperature variation.

We liked how close it was to all attractions and the beach. Our hotel room was cleaned and ready for us on arrival. We were two hours early but they let us check in early. We always try to stay there when we go to Hampton Beach. We’ve never had an issue when we’ve stayed there.

The air conditioning in my room made a lot of noise and vibrated off/on. It was located right above my bed, so it could be too noisy for sustained, deep sleeping.

Average motel stay

We only stayed one night for a concert. The beds weren’t bad but the room smelled like chlorine. The property was cramped and there were pot smokers by the smoking area outside our building. That was concerning.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was nice and we enjoyed the pool. On the other hand, the floor in the room turned our feet black, we didn't have wifi or a microwave, and the staff didn't clean our room or check to see if we needed anything for the 3 days we stayed. At the end of the day, I most likely would stay here again.
