To start off, I texted the hotel per their request saying I would be after 8PM checking in and received a text in return stating it would not be a problem. Then, at 8:35, I get a text from a different number claiming they were the front desk asking me exactly when I am checking in (insinuating they were ready to close up). We pull up and the front desk attendant was nice and gave us our keys. Our room was on the third floor and there was no lights to help us see our way (such a safety hazard). We unlock our room and we had a queen bed with a bunk bed reserved. The bunk bed had sheets sitting on the bed that were not actually on the bed. The fridge was not plugged up and was mildewed inside and musty. AC was not plugged in and when I plugged it in and it started, it was musty but at least it was cold. Overall, the room was clean but that’s about all the good I really can say about it.

Outdoor Coffee Station?

Hot tub poorly setup, the water would spray onto the floor. At an early hour workers were at the exterior of the room causing disruption making sleeping impossible. The outdoor coffee station was never equipped to make coffee. Over all stay was poor. Without the disruption and poor room organizing it would have been a four star experience.

Shower head held on by a rubber band.Upstairs neighbors stomping around. Floor shook whenever someone walked by outside. Heater was noisy and erratic...

The property needs renovation. Entry door that uses physical key takes 5 tries to unlock door. Bathroom door does not close. Bathroom fixtures are falling off the wall.

Shower curtain fell on my child, looked like it had already been repaired several times, likely needs an anchor, and it was just all around sloppy and careless. Toilet was loose and shaky. There were cob webs in the room, dust on the blinds, the ac was full of dust and where i parked my car, it was parked for less than 24 hours and covered in ashes from cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting!!

Good amenities, easy walk to beach, close to great restaurants and bars. Lots of bureau space. Outdoor grills on property to cook. Nice hot tub and heated pool. Narrow Stairs are tough climbing up to 3 floors with heavy luggage. Have stayed there at least 5 times over the years. Good value.
