This entire 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex offers 950 sq ft of living space designed for both short visits and longer stays. With room for up to 6 guests and 3 beds, it’s well-suited for families, small groups, or business travelers. Much of the economy in the city is driven by the Portsmouth naval Hospital and the Naval shipyard, located within short travel distance to the property.

We do not host events and we ask that you keep noise at a reasonable volume,

We have parking for two vehicle in the rear of the unit. Your parking area is on the left.
