Villa Bilo Idro is a modern, urban villa located 2 km from Posedarje and 25 km from Zadar. It is located in a peaceful and quiet location, ideal for escaping from busy everyday life. The villa has a wonderful panoramic view of the Novigrad Sea. With its beautiful view, Villa Bilo Idro will satisfy even the most demanding guests who will enjoy the beautiful landscape.



The location of the villa is perfect for all those who want to enjoy complete privacy and relaxation. The villa is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. On the ground floor of the villa you have at your disposal: a large living room, dining room, and kitchen (with dishwasher, hood, electric stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and refrigerator).



There is also: a game room (billiards, table tennis, darts), gym, playroom (PS4 and playseat), and outdoor fireplace where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. If you need it, there is also a laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, iron), and of course, there is also a heated pool (21 m2) and a jacuzzi.



There are 4 double bedrooms on the first floor of the villa. Each room has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, two sinks) and LCD TV. Each room offers a beautiful sea view.



The villa has three large terraces: the front terrace with umbrellas and deck chairs, the roof terrace with garden furniture, and the back terrace with deck chairs, so you can sunbathe all day. Next to the back terrace is a grass court for volleyball and badminton.



The distance from the sea is 50 m, and the nearest beach is only 100 m away. On the beach are available plastic deck chairs. Parking for 5 cars is provided. The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered by the Internet. Villa Bilo Idro is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need during your stay.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
