Enjoy the serene sound of the water while sitting in the sun room and spot wildlife first hand. The bathroom is equipped with a brand new bathtub and stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities including a 50” smart tv and Wifi.
A fully equipped kitchen, a firepit outside, and propane BBQ. Bedroom 1:
Spacious master with a King bed for a good nights rest. Next to the bed is a Mini split unit for cooling and heating. Large closet with luggage rack and extra blankets to stay extra toasty. A spot to relax in bed while listening to the waves of the river just open your bedroom window.

Bedroom 2:
A large extra room with a Queen bed and twin bunk bed for the rest of the family. The room also has its own mini split unit for cooling and heating.
