This romantic beachfront apartment with large 30 m2 terrace with the sea view and big 50 m2 garden with outside shower located in a small quiet sea village Postira on Island Brac is an ideal choice.

It’s right next to the stone beach with crystal clear sea and just 2 min walking to the center of the village and pebble beach.

Its shaded terrace has table and chairs where you can enjoy outdoor eating and enjoying your lazy summer days. You can also can exclusively use our outside fireplace.

We'll provide you a free parking spot on the street just 1 min walking from the house.

Apartment has two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and second bedroom has two cozy single beds.

Living room has one cozy sofa for two people and LED TV with satellite channels.

Iron and ironing board are also provided.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle and microwave so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

If you would prefer an outdoor fireplace to prepare your meals you also have it in the garden that you exclusively use.

Bathroom has a washing machine, hair dryer and shower.

Baby cot can be provided for free, just ask in advance.

**** House rules:


Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace and in the garden.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the house, its terrace and garden.

We provide free parking spot at the street, 1 min walking from the house.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located 400m from the center of the Postira in a very quiet area.

Postira on Brac island is a beautiful and unspoilt fishing village on the Island of Brac.

The Island of Brac is just a 50 min ferry boat journey from Split centre and ferries are frequent in summer, approx every hour.

The village of Postira enjoys 5+restaurants and a number of bars all of which thrive in the summer months though are never loud or noisy. Fresh caught fish can be bought from the fishing boats in the morning.

Postira is a good base from which to explore the rest of Brac and the other Dalmatian Islands.

Brac enjoys many secluded beaches including the beautiful sandy beach of Lovrecina, just over 2km from Illyria.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is 200m away from the house.

There are numeorus ferry lines from Split to Supetar on Island Brač daily. Ride time is 50 min.

There are numerous bus lines from Supetar to Postira, which is 11 km of distance from Supetar.

If you're coming by airplane, I can provide car transport from the airport to the ferryport in Split.
