From the room, guests can step out onto a furnished balcony with a table and two chairs. This makes it possible to drink morning coffee or have a snack outdoors. Meals can be prepared in the functionally equipped kitchenette, which has appliances such as a microwave, oven and kettle. There is also a built-in washing machine. In the bedroom stands a large and comfortable double bed along with cabinets. The bathroom contains a shower, a welcome toiletries set, a hairdryer and towels. The charming market square with its beautiful architecture, the tennis court and the shopping center can be reached by car in about 10 minutes, while the route to the airport and the bowling alley takes 15-20 minutes. It takes 3-4 minutes to get to the train station and the city's riverside beach. It is also worth noting that the apartment is located in a quiet complex, even though it is not far from the Old Town.
