Nice looking place. Reception staff helpful and friendly, but the maid seems to think that the visitors are all the time in the way... She looks angry all the time and left tons of dirty laundry lying in the bathroom floor twice so that people can't use it... Kitchen is handy. Rooms look nice, but no maid service in the rooms and bathroom during the stay (bookings say that daily maid services...)and loud bass noise from 22-5 at night makes sleeping without earplugs hard. As the location was so good we were still quite happy with our stay

Dear Guest, we feel really sorry about the situation with the noise and cleaning. We try to do something with the club, but they have permission from municipality, so we and even police can not do anything about that. Anyway if you complain at the reception we can give you other room (it is only issue in few rooms), if we have some room free we will gladly help you with the problem, we always try our best to satisfy wishes of the guest and we love to make them happy. With the cleaning, thing, we do not usually do that everyday, but if you request it at the reception we will again do our best to satisfy your wishes. We are glad that beside these issues you were satisfied. Next time let us know and we will help you to have superb stay. Team Artharmony

Good for the price. Staff friendly, but we're put in the wrong room and moved early in the morning.

Dear Guests, we are really sorry for moving, but we are small pension / hostel and sometimes it is impossible to not move especially when you make last minute reservation for more days. But I think 11:00 is not that early, we are trying to be gentle as much we can to our guest if this case happen, oftentimes it is later than 11 am. You should ask receptionist if it is possible to move later. Thank you for your stay and we hope to see you again. Team Artharmony
