Fantastic hotel. I stayed in the sister hotel in Budapest on a previous trip and I was not disappointed by this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional again. Great location in Prague. Breakfast service was great. Would highly recommend anyone travelling to Prague to stay here.

From the start to the end, this is a truly excellent hotel. The staff were all so charming and hospitable, and the hotel and amenities were unquestionably exquisite. This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff. However, we deliberately booked a hotel with an indoor pool and were then shocked to be told on arrival that the pool was being refurbished and was out of action. We could go across the road for a sauna but that's not the same thing. If we had known this before we would not have booked. That said, it's a lovely hotel and the staff are fantastic. Just don't assume the publicised amenities actually work.

Super luxury and service at nice price

Service level and condition and location all incredible. Only negative is that hotels.com filtered it on ‘has pool’ but pool is under renovation. In every other way a luxurious experience at a normal hotel price
