We would recommend and return to this hotel. 1. The location is ideal and walkable to major attractions, shopping, and restaurants 2. We paid a little more to get the top floor with vaulted beam ceilings and were so happy as the room was lovely 3. The staff were so helpful and accomodating

This hotel was beautiful! My fiancé proposed in our room before a lovely evening of celebrations in Prague and it couldn’t have been better. The staff are really friendly, rooms are massive and extremely clean and within walking distance of all major attractions. We both highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

Right from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout goes to Nicole from the reception team, who truly made our stay extraordinary. Nicole’s friendly demeanor and willingness to help us navigate the city turned what could have been a daunting experience into a fantastic adventure. She not only welcomed us with open arms but also took the time to recommend places to visit and eat—her suggestions were spot on! From cozy cafés to must-see landmarks, we felt like we had our own personal tour guide. Every time we needed assistance, Nicole was there, ready with answers to our questions or just a friendly chat. The Hotel Golden Crown offers a wonderful atmosphere, but Nicole truly elevates the experience. If you’re planning a visit to Prague, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you, Nicole, and the rest of the reception team, for making our stay so enjoyable! We can’t wait to come back!

Room was spacious, light and bright, with all amenities. The bathroom was large with an enormous tub, however, only a hand held shower and no shower door or curtain. Electrical planning was poor regarding lights and outlets, i.e., no light over the desk.

All was good with the hotel.The breakfast was good but, the”American Coffee” could have been sewer water, disgusting. Starbucks is American Coffee, so please change the name or change the coffee. Get a machine like all other hotels I stayed in(25) in Eastern Europe.
