We paid for updated room but when we moved to the new room I forgot my fur scarf in the closet but I didn’t know until 1 day later I called to the front dest no one can find my scarf. I was so cold and that was the only one I brought with me.

The bathtubs are worn out, they need renewal. It cannot be possible that a bathtub is wornout deeply when people step in to shower and they have not change them. It is unacceptable.

Good Stay

Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck ache every morning but I won’t take that personally. Hardly any choice on the TV but we could not fault the location, it was close to where we needed to be. Overall it was a good stay.
