Excellent stay, but do not be fooled by the Expedia description. It is not a big hotel with a Banquet Hall, Bar & Restaurant. 1 unused beer pump next to reception, they sell canned beer and wine and crisps to take up to your room. The restaurant i assume is the breakfast area in the basement, no other food served. It DOES have a glass lift built on the back of the building, so again wrong information, this took us up to the 6th Floor (the top) so not 4 Floors. 6 rooms on the top floor. We had a stunning view over Charles Bridge and the City and room was very clean, warm and quiet. The gentleman hotel receptionist was very kind and informative. The breakfast lady worked like a trojan to keep stocks up as other nationality guests quickly put large volumes of food in their bags for later??? Would definitley return as our stay was not hindered by our misconception of what we had booked, Stunning furniture in the room and common area out in the hallway, very very nice.

Our family of four adults stayed 2 nights. Hotel is very near all the major attractions in the old town area. We could easy walk to the places we wanted to visit . Lots of food options nearby Hotel arranged for airport pickup which was very convenient.

Great stay

Didnt use internet. Staff lovely, breakfast good, room clean. Only thing which might be improved were the pillows which were a bit strange! Location perfect for our short stay, quiet but central.

We booked this hotel due to its location and wanted to make our own minds up on the service in the hotel. Its location is fantastic but sadly the service within improvement. We booked the hot tub and sauna room. The hot tub was in poor condition and had no user instructions on it . When we tried to use it there was a flood. The sauna also had no user instructions . We found a hair clip in our sink and our room wasn’t cleaned or beds made on the Saturday . I don’t usually complain but we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel . If improvements were made then things would be much better for customers staying here . Definitely not worth the money I paid very sadly .

This is a lower/mid range hotel in a central part of Old Town, pretty quiet but minutes from the Charles bridge. I loved the decor and the view from my room on the top floor. The breakfast was pretty straightforward - scrambled eggs, sausage, choice of breads, cheese, salami, salad, yoghurt, jams and fruit - it was good. Although the street is quiet it is in the touristy part of town so if you don’t want to be around lots of bars and tourist shops you might want to look elsewhere but I was only there for two days so it was very convenient. Having said that the Prague bus system is great and easy to use so staying a bit further out would also have worked fine. Overall though I was happy with my stay.

The best aspect of this hotel is its location. In the heart of the old town and easily walkable to lots of sites. Outside of that, not a good experience due to loud, drunken guests down the hall who partied from 1:30 AM til 4ish. Uggh! No staff member available to tell them to knock it off. Hotel very inflexible and would not reimburse half of our party who had to cancel due to death in family. Also, "city view room" was of another hotel across the street. Ha! What a scam. Would find somewhere else to stay next time.

Quaint old hotel in great location! Staff were wonderful. Since it is an older building, be aware that you will need to use stairs. There is a lift accessible from an outdoor courtyard that goes to half floors. We had a tub with a handheld shower head, but no standing shower option in our room. Again - older building, and the location more than made up for those little quirks! If breakfast isn’t included in your booking, go to one of the local cafes - it’s not great.

The man at the front desk that check us in was beyond nice! We forgot our adapter and he let us borrow one! Super easy check in process. Please keep in mind there is no elevator for your luggage. Thankfully we were on the first floor. My complaint is about the room - there was mold in the shower, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the sheets were not clean. While it is in a great spot, for the price, I wouldn’t stay again just based on cleanliness

Friendly staff. Beautiful and spacious room - amazing city view, lovely big bath. Could walk everywhere. Lots of eating options. The only small negative was it was a bit dirty in some places - toilet was a bit dirty, so was fridge, towels clean but stained, but not big issues for me, the stay was amazing.
