Clean property with nice staff, located steps away from the Charles Bridge, yet tucked away in a quiet street away from the bustle of tourists. Nice rooms, great breakfast.

Every good hotel in central location

Very nice stay, the staff super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included . And overall very good stay. I would say only comment if they can out harder pillows Great location

The hotel was really accessible to locations such as charles bridge and the tower clock everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was lovely which came with the stay, the bed was comfy and the finishing in the room was beautiful.

Hotel was ideal for us. Made to feel welcome on arrival having already arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport. Reception staff very helpful. Room was large and warm despite the freezing temperatures outside. Breakfast included was excellent. Location was ideal and meant that everything was within walking distance. Overall, a lovely hotel and one we would highly recommend.

The location was good. I had to change my blanket because my daughter spilled something on it, but there was no spare blankets.. Also, the hot water didn’t come out at certain times.

I asked for a quiet room when I booked this but was given a room albeit very large and nice but the location wasn’t great. It was literally in the reception hall. Room 107. You could hear everything outside the room at reception and in the street was very noisy . You could hear everything in the bar it was not the best of rooms. When I asked to move rooms I was told I would have to wait and stay in all day as they was not allowed to do this without the manager. This was very inconvenient to me because I was only in Prague for two nights I could not waste a whole day waiting in my hotel room for somebody to move my room. The breakfast was disappointing and the choice of food was random. You had yogurt , cakes and a tomatoe lettuce cucumber salad which isn’t something you would have for breakfast. The lack of hot food options was very disappointing. Only really had egg and some cheap Frankfurter type sausage as a hot options. They could’ve been more options such as beans, proper sausages, hashbrowns, mushrooms, etc. The location of the hotel was good and perhaps had the room allocation along with the quality of the breakfast with more hot options been available I would of enjoyed my stay a lot more but for those reasons I was very disappointed.

Highly recommended.

Lovely room in a great location. Buffet breakfast had a nice selection and was well worth coming down for every morning. Only minor drawback is the noise cancellation between floors wasn't great (noisy upper neighbours).
