We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the Old Town Square Christmas market and watched the Christmas tree lighting ceremony from our open window! An added bonus was the view of the astronomical clock from our side window! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean! This was my 2nd stay in this room, and I'll definitely be back!

When we first arrived at we thought was the hotel. We were told to leave our luggage there by complete strangers and then walk in the rain about another two blocks to an emblem hotel to proceed with our check-in. The person who checked us in was Vladimir he was horrible and treated us with rude and disrespectful service. The purse staff that helped us with our luggage his name was Ahmed and he was amazing and awesome, and he was kind to us.

Lovely, spacious room, directly on the Old Town Square - only about 100 ft. from the Astronomical Clock! A really nice shared kitchen (with stove-top, microwave, sink and coffee maker) in the common areas space, in addition to a kettle with coffee and tea fixings in the room. Also several comfy nooks and places to sit in the common areas. My only quibble is that you need to check in at the main hotel, which is about a 5 minute walk across the Old Town Square from the room. But the hotel staff helps with the luggage. Check-out is easier - just leave the keys in the room.

The location was walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. The views from the accommodation were impressive. The room itelf was large and offered air conditioning. The added use of a washing machine was a nice bonus on our long trip.

Beautiful apartment with balcony over the Old Town Square. Could not have a better position in all of Prague. Spacious apartment with access to clothes washer and dryer which is exactly what you need when travelling. Have stayed in Prague twice before but never in such a perfect location.

Great condo in the heart of the Old Town Square. Really enjoyed the space, and it had great air conditioning - important in the summer. It felt private and secure, and you had to enter through a restaurant to access the gate to the apartments. But every morning you’re steps away from the statues in the square. Would definitely stay here again. Only disappointment was we were staying in residences run by the Emblem, but they didn’t let us use the workout facilities or top floor jacuzzi in the main hotel. That felt wrong, but not much we could do about it. One small tip, there is no reception at this location. So you have to check in at the main Emblem Hotel. It’s not easy to take luggage through the cobblestone streets of Prague, so make sure you go to the Emblem main hotel to check in.

Hotel provided kitchen which helps a lot. We stayed for a week and some days we just cooked in the kitchen. It's very convenient. And bonus part is no charge of using washer and dryer! Hotel sits at a perfect spot, it's so easy to go anywhere from there.

Loved the location. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and large. Loved having access to a kitchen and laundry. I was worried about parking but we found a spot on the street nearby and could park there the whole time. We were able to pay on our phone. Very easy. Where our room was, it was not noisy. There is air conditioning so we didn’t have to open the windows.

We had the best room in the Old Town Square. We had our very own balcony, and visited during Easter week so we were able to people watch, and enjoy the festivities from our room. The building has a common eating room, kitchen, laundry, and is spacious enough for a family of 5.

We were not told our room would be on third floor and no elevator: it was a good walk away !! And we were behind a restaurant door !! Luckily they were able to find a room !! Our room was great
